PASSION INTERACTIVE ADVISORY PTE. LTD. (UEN 202608357E, "we") takes your personal data seriously. This policy is made under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and explains what personal data we collect through this website and our subsequent correspondence, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have.

What we collect

  • Information you submit through the enquiry form: name, phone number, email address, company and message;
  • Information you choose to share with us by email, WhatsApp or other channels.

This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and discuss your circumstances;
  • Once you engage us, to plan and carry forward the matters concerned;
  • To meet applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, nor use it for marketing unrelated to these purposes.

Disclosure

To carry forward a matter you have engaged us on, we may need to provide the relevant personal data, to the extent necessary, to the professional bodies involved in it — for example law firms, accounting firms, licensed corporate secretaries, financial institutions and government authorities. We disclose only what the matter requires and expect recipients to protect it as applicable law requires.

Transfer and storage

This website and its enquiry form are hosted by Cloudflare, so data may be processed or stored outside Singapore. Where data is transferred overseas, we ensure the recipient provides protection comparable to the PDPA.

Retention

We delete or anonymise personal data once it is no longer needed for the purposes above or required by law.

Your rights

You may at any time ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to our using it. If you withdraw consent, we may be unable to continue with a related matter, and we will tell you if so.
