Wealth
Compliant routes for cross-border capital and a long-term framework for globalised asset holding, kept in step with the residency and corporate structure.
Corporate
Incorporation, premises, team building and sector licensing — your local operating entity, and the foundation the whole residency plan rests on.
Investment
Acquisition and sale of small and mid-sized businesses and equity positions, coordinated from target selection and due diligence through to completion.
Operations
Marketing, IT, finance and day-to-day compliance once established — the continued support a company needs to run soundly over the long term.
These five parts are not parallel items but layers that support one another, none of them optional. Residency is the base — it shapes how the company is formed, how assets are arranged, and the framework in which investments are made. Wealth architecture, corporate establishment and investment form the substance of the plan, the parts that actually take shape. Operational support runs through all of it: rarely in the foreground, yet what keeps the whole structure running soundly over the long term. We design from the whole, then resolve it down to each part.
"Going global" usually brings to mind a company taking its products and operations overseas. We do something else: we take the person as the subject, and plan how you and your family settle in Singapore for the long term. Residency, assets, enterprise and daily life all centre on you — and whether that standing was built through founding a company, family succession or a long career, this is a longer-term matter, and a far more personal one, than the expansion of any single business.
We first establish what you want to be true in three to five years, then design the architecture and sequence in reverse — rather than handling matters piecemeal.
Every plan is designed within Singapore's legal and regulatory framework. Where a route will not work, we tell you plainly.
A plan that reads well but does not land is worth nothing. From planning to execution, every specialist step is coordinated and checked by us end to end, and we answer for how it actually lands.
Singapore's pass, tax and capital rules evolve continually. We track them, and set out the changes that genuinely warrant attention.
China's Ministry of Finance and State Taxation Administration have issued Announcement No. 21 of 2026, bringing resident individuals' offshore trusts within individual income tax — funding the trust and its ongoing income are both reportable, with retroactive reach to 2023 and a 90-day filing window. The pivot of the whole regime is tax-residency status.
When cross-border allocation of assets is part of a relocation plan, the real bottleneck is rarely the transfer itself — it is the due diligence at account opening and funding. If the source of funds cannot be shown clearly, even a sound structure stalls at the first step.
From 2025 the EP salary floor and COMPASS scoring both tightened. Incorporating your own company and sponsoring your own Employment Pass looks like the most direct route — what usually stalls it is not paperwork, but a few things in the business plan that do not add up.
Tell us briefly where you stand today and what you want to achieve, and we will give you an initial read — including the parts we think you need not rush.
