Reconnecting the parts no one owns

For someone arriving in Singapore, the difficulty is rarely a single task that cannot be done. It is that no one is responsible for the joins between them. Closing that gap is the reason we exist.

I came to Singapore in 2008 as a systems consultant. For the seventeen years since, the work has really been one thing: making complicated cross-border projects actually land.

At two Temasek-linked companies I ran enterprise digital transformation projects across seven countries. At Oracle I advised banking clients in five Southeast Asian markets. What those years taught me is that a plan that reads well but does not land is worth nothing.

I also went through the full route from work pass to permanent residence myself, so I know where it tends to stall.

Why this work

Because I have seen too much of it

Many have come to Singapore over the years; few have had a smooth time of it. Things stall in the places no one is responsible for. Advisers tend to take the profitable middle and leave the ends unattended; some providers present well and then fail to deliver. The client is left coordinating between them, spending their time and attention on precisely what should not have been their concern.

What I set out to build is simple enough: reconnect those parts, so the client no longer has to act as their own project manager.

Who we serve

People who run their own business

Owners of small and mid-sized companies, independent founders, and senior executives planning to move their centre of gravity to Singapore. What they share is that their time is worth more than any other cost — they need someone to carry the whole thing, not to hand back a long list of tasks.

How we got here

Closing the gaps, one at a time

Since 2021, the scope of the work has grown out of problems clients actually ran into. Each step came from finding another part that no one was looking after.

  1. 2021

    PASSION INTERACTIVE founded

Advising the first clients arriving in Singapore. It became clear quickly that most of their difficulties were not single tasks, but the gaps between them, with no one responsible for the joins.

  2. 2024

    Incorporation brought into scope

A settled working relationship with licensed institutions brought company formation and compliance — the parts that must be right and are easily overlooked — within the scope we coordinate. Clients no longer had to run between several providers themselves.

  3. 2025

    Extended to investment and assets

What clients needed next, once settled, was to buy and sell businesses, place investments, and arrange long-term asset structures. Adding that stage made the planning complete.

  4. 2026

Incorporated as a private limited company

PASSION INTERACTIVE ADVISORY PTE. LTD. now carries five years of accumulated work and experience — a more formal structure, and a steadier footing for long-term client relationships.
